How culpable is the aam aadmi in the problem of corruption in India? The answer as per the Transparency International is is rather alarming. We are contributing to the problem by resorting to the concept of "Jugaad" rather than following the word of the law. By trying to get ahead in the que, we are feeding this cancerous tumor.
