Deen Aur Dayalu Hindus; Time to Shed Leftism

I found this write-up to be very apt and timely, particularly at a time when there are reports that Hindus and their place of worship are under attack. In Deganga,West Bengal, Hindus were attacked and looted, their shops burned and temples rampaged. A clear sign of provocation by the muslim community was there for all to see. They started by digging a pathway leading to a Durga temple at Chattal Pally village in Deganga. The Muslims attacked the Hindus when the latter requested to stop the digging. Locals Hindus fleeing towards Basirhat sub-division said Muslims had threatened to “clear the area by Saturday”. Though the Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee had been alerted about the deteriorating situation, he never bothered to visit the riot-struck area apparently for the fear of losing minority votes.

A similar news was reported today from the other communist bastion, Kerala. Special police team has been deployed in and around the famous Sreekrishna Swamy temple in Guruvayur after telephone call threatening to blow up the temple. GK Pillai, the Home Secretary during his recent visit to Kerala, had warned the senior state police officials to seriously look into the convergence in the interests of Maoists and certain Islamist groups at the grassroots level. Kerala’s CPI (M) ruled LDF has always been supportive of and had a soft spot for the arrested PDP chairman Abdul Nasser Madani and his party. Marxist Chief Minister, Mr VS Achuthananadan, whose party had until recently been supping with the jihadis has now changed his tune. He recently announced that the so-called Popular Front of India, a front organization for Islamist fanatics, was planning to “Islamise the State”.
The communist have fooled the Hindus masses long enough. These so called atheist champions of the poor, divide the Hindus and conveniently align with the fundamental religious followers of Islam for a dependable vote bank. Branding Capitalism as another form of imperialism, they have shunned development and denied the hapless people of WB and Kerala, a much needed progress and security.

Deendayalism – Right opportunity
“No one has propounded a similar theory in better lines than Pandit Deendayal Upadhaya in his Integral Humanism. It is not surprising to note the interesting presence of Deen (sufferer) and Dayal (sympathy) in his very name. I find no better name than ‘Deendayalism’ for a wonderful combination of Leftism and Rightism, in the universal glue of dharma, to bring about an era of dharmic socialism in the world. The millions of poor in India are the best starting point for a convincing demonstration of the applicability of dharma in their upliftment. With the strong sense of dharma that is inherent in an overwhelming majority of Indians, the combined relevance of Dharma and Leftism in the form of Deendayalism can make a very meaningful intervention in Indian society. Right wing parties in India will be making a big mistake if they cannot seize this opportunity. Death of Communism in India is perhaps their last chance for resurgence to eternal glory”.
